  • Diana Chase
    Diana Chase Managing Partner

    Diana Chase is the Managing Partner of ChaseCompGroup LLC. She has been consulting to the banking industry since 2003 when she was part of Clark Consulting’s banking practice and more recently as a founding Partner at Blanchard Chase LLC. Before specializing in the community banking industry, Ms. Chase worked with other industries as both an independent consultant and as a Compensation Consultant for Watson Wyatt. She has been advising clients on compensation and organizational development issues for the past fifteen years. Areas of expertise include executive compensation, incentive plan design, succession planning, and corporate governance. Ms. Chase is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and obtained her Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee.

  • Debra Hodge
    Debra Hodge Consultant

    Debra Hodge is a Consultant with ChaseCompGroup LLC. Before joining the firm, Ms. Hodge was the Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources for Home Federal Bank. Ms. Hodge has worked in the community banking industry for over fifteen years with an emphasis in compensation and benefits, organizational development, and employer relations. During her time with Home Federal Bank, she served as a member of the Compensation Committee and Executive Leadership Team. Areas of expertise include executive compensation, incentive plan design, consumer directed health care, and 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership administration. Ms. Hodge is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and an honors graduate from the American Bankers Association National School of Banking. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Washington State University.

  • Paula Tyson
    Paula Tyson Consultant

    Paula Tyson is a Consultant at ChaseCompGroup LLC.  Before joining the firm, Ms. Tyson worked as a contractor for Blanchard Chase and other service firms, assisting them  in client relations and account management.  Prior to her independent work, she worked for a private company for six years in personnel management and client relations.  Her focus included developing client relationships, employee goal and performance management, and process improvement.   Ms. Tyson also previously worked for five years as an analyst and consultant for Watson Wyatt in the areas of human resources and organization effectiveness.  During her time at Watson Wyatt, she also served as the Committee Chairperson for the Internal Professional Development Committee.  She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Romance Languages from the University of Georgia, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

    Lucy Chief Morale Officer

    Lucy has been with us for past 10 years.  She has extensive experience in client and employee relations.  She is highly motivated and a strong proponent of the performance = rewards philosophy.  Off duty, she enjoys sports, sailing, swimming and BBQs.  She’d love to hear from you…
