  • Diana Chase
    Diana Chase Managing Partner

    Diana Chase is the founder and Managing Partner of ChaseCompGroup LLC which was formed in 2011. She has been consulting to the banking industry since 2003 when she was part of Clark Consulting, and later as a founder of Blanchard Chase, LLC. Diana started her career as a Compensation Consultant for Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson) and subsequently, worked as an independent consultant advising clients on succession planning and organizational development. Areas of expertise include executive compensation, incentive and equity plan design, succession planning, and corporate governance. Ms. Chase is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and obtained her Masters Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee. In her free time, Diana enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

  • Paula Tyson
    Paula Tyson Consultant

    Paula Tyson joined ChaseCompGroup when it formed in 2011. She has over twenty years’ experience in consulting, ten of which have been in the community banking industry.  Ms. Tyson started her consulting career at Watson Wyatt in the areas of human resources and organization development.  During her time at Watson Wyatt, she also served as the Committee Chairperson for the Internal Professional Development Committee.  She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Romance Languages from the University of Georgia, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Ms. Tyson is also Secretary, Treasurer, & Founding Director of Yellow Brick Road Project, a 501(c)3 non-profit whose mission is to drive research and advocate for those impacted by HNRNPH2 Related Disorder, an ultra-rare genetic disorder.  When Paula has spare time, you can find her spending time with her family, listening to music, and advocating for special needs children.

  • Aaron Reyes
    Aaron Reyes

    Aaron Reyes is a Compensation Analyst at ChaseCompGroup, LLC.  Prior to joining ChaseCompGroup, Mr. Reyes worked as a licensed property and casualty insurance agent.  Aaron is bilingual and a certified medical and court interpreter.  He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Lancaster Bible College.  Aaron resides in Easton, MD. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music, reading, and outdoor activities.

  • Debra Hodge
    Debra Hodge Consultant

    Debra Hodge is a Consultant with ChaseCompGroup LLC. Before joining the firm, Ms. Hodge was the Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources for Home Federal Bank. Ms. Hodge has worked in the community banking industry for over fifteen years with an emphasis in compensation and benefits, organizational development, and employer relations. During her time with Home Federal Bank, she served as a member of the Compensation Committee and Executive Leadership Team. Areas of expertise include executive compensation, incentive plan design, consumer directed health care, and 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership administration. Ms. Hodge is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and an honors graduate from the American Bankers Association National School of Banking. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Washington State University.

    Lucy Chief Morale Officer

    Lucy has been with us for past 10 years.  She has extensive experience in client and employee relations.  She is highly motivated and a strong proponent of the performance = rewards philosophy.  Off duty, she enjoys sports, sailing, swimming and BBQs.  She’d love to hear from you…
